Silent Knight 5530 Modem ???

In the move from teh old office to the new warehouse and office I seem to have misplaced the power supply for this modem. I never throw a "cube" away, but the modem power input is not marked. Anybody got one of these? Can you take a look at the power supply ad tell me what the specs are? Please.

AC/DC? Voltage? Amps?
