Well, yes, you need an external RADIUS server that supports PEAP. The AP's builtin RADIUS server supports LEAP and EAP-FAST.

EAP-FAST would meet the need, assuming that you have EAP-FAST supplicants on your clients.
An alternative for very small deployments would be WPA-PSK - this is plenty secure, assuming that you choose a good strong passphrase.
