i have cisco 1721 howo to administrate? i have rs232 (sky blue) cable connected to my pc and to router what program i use to connect and where to download? i got with papers address for some cd on web from cisco.com but not quite shure how to download and use i got some codes with manual what do i get whan registar with cisco?
this is my 1st cisco router im working on

I think you first 90 day initial config help. for extended Cisco tech support post 90 days you will need service contract, smartnet
Sorry, I don't know anything about 1721. but typically you can use HyperTerminal on the serial port and start from there
