Instead of making GrandStream Budgetone 102 wireless, maybe you could try what I did.
I got myself a GrandStream Handytone 286 analog telephone adapter and used it to connect a standard DECT telephone. So the base station of the DECT telephone can reside with the LAN switch and the handset can stay on my desk.

Hello! Tell me if is possible! is possible to use a Wireless adaptor to insert in the lan port of the GrandStream 102 so the grandstream become wirelless?? I have seen that with a PC is possible but the port should be USB (linksys) is possible with a LAN switch + a DC power?
if not, how? if possible the quality will be good?

A wireless bridge, such as the linksys WET11 might get you going. Quality will be the same as if you're using an ethernet cable.
