I am trying to write a script that results in the playing of individual digits. Has anyone run across a problem / solution where a Symposium / Callpilot combination cannot play canned numbers. Example: Play prompt numberbydigit 12345.... Voice session opened, etc. Actual recorded prompts play fine. numberbydigit, or number results in silence for the duration. Thanks for any info.

Thanks. I got it working. I found out that the digit prompts used by NumberByDigit are not pre-recorded. You have to record them. In typical Nortel fashion, it's buried deep in the manual instead of mentioning clearly it in the few commands that use them.
