Callpilot 100 issues

Newbee here . . 1st callpilot instalation . . . I got the callpilot 100 with 6x16 system integraded it works -! I have fiew questions issues:

1 - if internal user dials extension then voice mail does not pick up hod do I configure that? 2 -system is currently setup so it picks up after 4 rings when receptionist is too bussy or not avaliable ho do i switch the system so after hour it picks up calls imediately playing informational greeding? (i thing i got freeding figur it out)
