Callpilot Problem

Mar 09, 2005 2 Replies

I have a user that cannot open their Callpilot client. The server is responding with the following error message...

"User does not have desktop capability. Please contact your administrator."

I don't know if this is a licensing issue or what. There is no reference to this error message that I can find anywhere. Below is a capture of the TCP stream between the client and the server.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Terry

Well, that user is working today. However, my desktop client is getting the error message now. I have not changed anything. Seems this happens to someone in the office everyday.
