We cannot figure out why we cannot import "vbk" voice prompts recorded with the CallPilot Player. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks in advance. Here's our setup -

IP Address set to a local address i.e. 192.168.1.60 Subnet 255.255.255.0 No DNS Server No Alternate DNS Server No Gateway
Windows SBS 2003 Professional with ISA 2004.
