Hi,
we are facing a problem in Symposium Login/Logout Report. The report shows the same Login & Logout time of an agent. How is it possible?

An agent can login and logout within the same second. Depending on your version of Symposium, the eAgentLoginStat view might have a Sequence field so you can order easily the sequence of all the events.
