I need to change the class of service for ICDD to ICDA on everyone phone on my option 11 and option 61 system. Does anyone know of a quick way to do this?

Write a script for Procomm Plus. I've written a few Visual Basic programs that will take a list of TNs, and output a Procomm Plus script.

Okay, I have never written such a script for this. Is there anywhere I can get some instruction on this.

The tool that would best complete this task would be a Global Update in TM/OTM
