How do I copy the config from one 3560 Cisco Switch to another, it needs to be exactly the same. I am familiar with ProCurve Switches, there was a neat little program to do this. Do I just Telnet to device and do a copy or a write? Once I get that config what command do I use to load it to the new switch? How do I get the config file onto the new machine? Does anyone have some doco on the steps for this? Do I set ip address on switch with console and then connect to it with Cat5 cable, telnet to it...

see Cisco doc "Working with the Cisco IOS File System, Configuration Files, and Software Images"
formatting link
see section "Working with Configuration Files "
so for 1 switch it maybe easier just to manually set it up?
