I have a used WIC-1DSU-T1 that will work in a Cisco 2620 but not a
2621.
The WIC works in the following:
Cisco 2620, IOS 12.3(9)
It will NOT work in the following:
Cisco 2621, IOS 12.4(1)
On the 2621, the card is not recognized via sh controllers, sh diag or sh interfaces.
I have verified that the card is seated correctly and it's not recognized in either port.
I've also verified the ports are good, as the 2621 will recognize a standard WIC-1T in either port.
