Call manager 4.1

Hi guys, when i associate a device (Cisco Phone) to a user (ccmuser), i start recieving authoriation required after i hit the directory button on the phone, now the problem is the following if i disassociate the the user from the same phone i still recieve the authorization required, how can i remove authorization?

What specific rev are you running? The phone boots no problem I asusme? Is this an extension mobility phone? If so, any login problem there? Full AD integration?

Does everything else work okay? SIP or Skinny phone?

it is Skinny, all boot normally.

phones that i do not associate with a user do not prompt for authorization, once I associate they start to request authorization, so when I disassociate it keeps requesting authorization.

And for extension mobilty, i stoppes the service on call manager, but still have the same problem.
