7970 custom backgrounds

Hi guys,



I have a 7970 Cisco ip phone, i want to add custom backgrounds but having a problem with the phone locating the TN images. I did some research and found the following bug



CSCed55220 The Cisco IP Phone 7970 is missing the custom background image files from the TFTPPath.



I did the workaround and followed Cisco documentation for the PNG iamges and List.xml files. But still the phone shows the following error:



File not found.



Below you will find what i have done.



List.xml file


located the images and xml file at :



C:\\Program Files\\Cisco\\TFTPPath\\Desktops\\320x212x12

When you plug the listed URL for the image into your browser, does it load?

Well, it do not work on both the CCM server itself, and any other pc which is reasonable because i believe only the phone should.

I must be doing something wrong then, what would be the URL to enter from another pc ? (Not the CCM server)

That's the point. The URL that you enter for the location of the image name must be a VALID url. If you want to use a custom background, then you need to put it on some HTTP server, which could be your CCM server.
