Talk about a rip-off...

Is it true Bass is charging for access to Honeywell's secure website so his victims can download the Compass software?? See for yourselves...

ANOTHER reason to not use ademco/honeywell products. what's he doing, making cd's and selling them to burglars? and then won't ship them or answer his phone or emails?

It was a page where DIYers could order a CD-ROM made by Honeywell and shipped to them by Honeywell. Now you can just download the software from Honeywell's server yourself. There's no longer a need to buy it from Honeywell. Once in a while we get someone who wants the software on a PC that's not Internet connected. They can still order the CD-ROM. Everyone else gets it for free.
