Which one of these units are better for reliability ,remote viewing & programming please? EverFocus EDSR400H 4-Ch Digital Video Recorder or a Samsung GVI GV-EM412DD 4 Channel DVR with Removable HDD and Compact Flash? Being able to view it from IE or Firefox browser without additional software is a plus. Thank you in advance David

You didn't ask but only assumed ADI didn't carry it. ADI does sell this item. They merely rely on you to supply them with the proper part number from Bosch. Once they have that they can find their SKU. You probably won't find it on the shelf, but they'll be glad to get it in for you.
Right, he told me they can get other equipment usually within a day or two. Thanks, I'll check into the Bosch systems. David
