Did a takeover on a Vista10SE the other day. The customer wanted some extra devices installed. Since I was able to get into program it it was no problem except it totalled 16 wireless devices.
According to Ademco tech support those 16 wireless devices have to be assigned to zones 10-25. 10-24 were no problem. 25 refused to program no matter what I did. Said Zone Fields full or something like that.
The Ademco tech guy said clear all the wireless fields and start over to clear any erroneous data. Ok, other than waste a couple hours of my time it did absolutely nothing. Still can't program zone 25.
