I am trying to programme a hotline on an Option 11C Rls 25.40B to call an external number via a PRI route but I am unable to do this I can do it via an analog route but not via the PRI route. can anyone help me with this ? Thanks

Can you call over the PRI-route when you give that same set an SCR-key ? If not, check TGAR on set and TARG on route, the TGAR must be different from the TARG in the route.

Yes I can call from the scr key over the PRI route and I have the tgar set to "0"
Create a phantom with DCFW to the destination you want, create a hotkey to the DN of the phantom. If that doesn't work, i hope someone else knows it.
