Remote Analog ext on Option 11c

I need to extend an Analog Ext from Option 11c via ethernet/VOIP to a remote location. Otion 11c does not have any VOIP capabilities. Any recommendations? I've been looking at the Mediatrix 1204/2102.

Of course, you can pay the telco for a point to point line - depending on the miles to the far end, it may be cost effective.

MCK Extenders always work for me. Which I guess is now Citel... hmmm
