Callpilot Desktop Messaging telset error

This might be something simple, I am using the CallPilot desktop messaging client (4.0) and can receive my voice messages in Outlook and they play fine on my computer but when I click the Telset button to play the message to my phone I get the following error message "Destination is restricted or does not exist" anyone have this issue or know what it means?

Check your RPL's

I assume you means the RPL's in the Mailbox classes on the Call Pilot server correct, are there any other locations to check/adjust these?
