Call Forwarding when Deleting User

Aug 08, 2005 3 Replies

Is there a way I can "delete" a phone to free the TN, but have the old phone number forwarded to the operator? Can I set the entire system to ring the operator when we receive a phone call for a number that is not setup in the system? Say we use 4300 to 4400 DID, but 4334 is not actually assigned to a TN. Can that ring to the Op?

Meridian Opt 11, R24.24

Thanks, Chris

Go to LD21, REQ PRT TYPE INT

It will be similar to this. - save a copy of yours, then proceed to my next note

INT_DATA ACCD OVF OVF OVF OVF CTVN RAN RAN RAN RAN

Thanks all!! Great Help! but I have a followup for you. I am new to the PBX, so I never checked from an outside line. Our system does forward to ATN for outside calls and the fourth field is set to ATN, but gives an "error" tone internally. What are the other 3 fields for? Does one control internal calls?

Thanks, Chris
