Second Phone Extension Ringing Busy

Nov 10, 2005 2 Replies

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to figure out what is going on with an extension we have on one of our phones. This phone has two extensions, both are MARPs, but the second extension rings busy and does not go directly to voicemail if the someone is on the extension. When I have called the extension my display says "Destination Busy, Activate Ring Again". The first extension works fine. If a person is using the first extension and some calls it it goes directly to voicemail. Below is a print out of the phone. I would really appreciate any help you all can give me.
