We are going to have a IPLC line connected with our office to UK. I have no experience in doing it. Can any experienced one advise how to connect with our firewall and local lan and any configuration is required at our end.

simple. your ISP will do all the (international) work for you and give you a T1 or ethernet handoff. configure it like any T1 or circuit you get from domestic providers.... pick your own link addresses... etc...
if you are looking for help in building a network then you should be asking a more in-depth question about how your firewall works.
