Tobias,
You can just erase startup config and reboot the card. It will bring the card to the "factory default" state.
If you have a card in "hybrid" mode, you need to remove the main startup config (in this mode you have one interface to both, switch and router functionality). If you have a card in the Native mode, then you have to remove configs in both modes - in the router and in the switch.
