Baystack 350 Default Reset without Password

please help, how can I reset the Switch to Factory DEFAULTS without Passwords. TYP: 250-24T

it is not possible, there is no backor password ... there was one for software v1.x but if yu have newer release it doesn't works. You have to buy service contract for this unit and nortel can you generate password based on serial/MAC adress.
