I have a Cisco 7204VXR router, I noticed that when I'm using port:community@routerIP to get traffic on routers interfaces on MRTG, I noticed that the interfaces changed when I reboot the router. How can correct this?

You mean ifindex changed? You can use snmp-server ifindex persist command.

You can use ifname with MRTG, this is much better way. Example "FastEthernet
0/1".
