I currently have my Call Manager box tied in with a Nortel Call Pilot voicemail system. When I was using only Nortel Phones and I connected to the Voicemail, I could push "#" and it would transmit the extension of the phone to the Voicemail. Is there a way to reprogram the hardkey behavior when connected to a particular extension?
