QoS on 3500xl and 3560 switches

There are lots of ways to implement QoS. If you just want something quick and dirty, lookup "AutoQoS" on Cisco.com/univercd. If you want to do it properly, you'll need a lot more information.

I am running VoIP on a corp network, when users make calls using VoIP phones, the calls are experiencing some latency. How can I implement QoS? Also, the 3500xl is directly connected to a 2621 and the 3560 to a 2621xm. Thanks in advance.

Or you can use a product by Prominence Networks which manages end to end QoS for voice and video.
