async connection to the router

hello i need know how, if at all is possible to connect to the router async, after searching the groups, i understood that most off the serials are sync.

an other thing, i saw this commend "transport input all" (in the interface config), what does it mean?

Yes, many routers have interfaces (lines) that support async connectivity.

"Transport input all" is a line (not interface) configuration command. It is documented in the command reference.
