Need help with Cisco Call Manager configuration...

Does anyone in this group have experience with 'tweaking' CCM servers to handle heavier loads? Either personal experience or web links appreciated...

add more ram to the servers and they can any load,btw what do u mean by "heavier load"

use the one for the version of code you are running.

i seem to remember there is sizing in the cisco release notes as well.

if you need more scale, you can add more servers to the cluster, or possibly upgrade, since the later versions seem to scale better.
