New to this job and phone system. I found a 466 page manual that is somewhat close to the system we have. They only want me to program calls to come in to one extension. The welcome message gives 3 options. For wholesale dial 0 (this to rings 13). For new orders press 1 (this rings extension 10). How do I make it go to extension
10 whether they press 0 or 1? I know how to get into the system to enter a code. I was able to correct the time and date. I just don't know what code to use to change what extension rings. Not familiar with the terminology used in the manual, such as pool line, group, line coverage etc. so I don't know what to choose. Our system is a Lucent AVAYA ACS 6.0 Partner BTOEM Version PACS R6.0.4 C01 Phones are Partner 18D and 34D. As far as I can tell the systems provides Extensions 10 thru 17 and maybe 3 incoming lines attached. I guess I need programming for dummies on this system, but would be happy if you could just provide me with one of the 3 digit codes that I should use for now.
