3-Com Office Connect ISDN Lan - Can't Access Router

I am really stuck on this. I am trying configure a video serveylance system onto the internet. I need to forward port 5700 to IP

192.168.239 in order for it to be accessed via the internet.

My setup is as follows:

-1 3Com Office connect ISDN Lan Modem. It is connected to the internet with IP address 192.168.1.1

-1 Dlink Router connected to the ISDN Lan Modem. when I do IP config, it shows the IP as 192.168.1.2

-1 Dell Server plugged into Dlink Router

-1 Micros Workstation Plugged into Dlink Router.

-DVR LAN Video Serveylance System Plugged into Dlink Router.

When I try to access the Dlink by opening Internet Explorer and typing

192.168.1.2. It says the page cannot be displayed. When I try typing in the WAN IP address, it says "Object Disabled".

When I try to access the 3-Com Office Connect Lan Modem, it allows me to access the setup page, but there is nothing to forward the ports.

What I my missing, why can't I access the dlink router?

This is probably bad wording on your part, but ipconfig gives IP details of the server/workstation, NOT the router. - Though it can be inferred from the gateway address. What model of D-Link do you have?

You might want to start with a valid IP address.
