YALE HAS 1000, need help!

Hello, I have a HSA control panel, when I connect it on the main power all the light switch on (zone, prog, reset) and not light on UNSET; the control panel is damaged or I make a install mistake? Thank you.

Ops, I've make a type error, my contro panel is YALE HSA 1000! :) thank you.
