share account #

Nope. But with five systems all sharing the same account number scattered over a campus of say 10 acres, wouldn't it be better to send the technician to the correct building on the first go (rather than having him drive around looking for the one with the "trouble light")?

stick to the thread frank. 1. OP has 2 systems in the SAME bldg 2. using different phone lines [so the cs op would know which system it was by the caller id, so even in your fictional scenario he would not "drive around looking"] 3. cs alerts tech who goes out and looks at the panels in the mech room 10 ft apart, if he's too lazy to ask cs op which phone # reported and changes the battery. now go back to your counter, I hear your bell ringing. :)

My bad... I was thinking of another nightmare account. Caller ID isn't an option (as all outgoing numbers are blocked).

Actually that was the fire bell. We're open for business as long as the smoke doesn't come below the mark I painted on the wall.

Which shoddy thing would you like to discuss that I've boasted about?

I'm entitled to my opinion. I think that setting 3 panels to dial the same acct. is a service nightmare.

Or what? You'll call me names?

Haven't seen it yet.

Nah ..... come to think of it ..... you're right.

I wouldn't have talked to the banjo player in the movie Deliverance ... either.

Drew: Goddamn, you play a mean banjo Mountain Man: I'm gonna make you squeal like a pig. Weeeeeeee! Bobby: Weee! Mountain Man: Weeeeeeee! Bobby: Weee! Mountain Man: What do you want to do now? Toothless Man: [grinning] He's got a real pretty mouth on him, don't he? Mountain Man: Ain't that the truth. Toothless Man: [to Ed] You gonna do some prayin' for me, boy. And you better pray real good.

Nah ..... come to think of it ..... you're right.

I wouldn't have talked to the banjo player in the movie Deliverance ... either.

Well, I wasn't aware that I needed to make sure you approved of it before I did something.

Next time just assume I said f*ck you, before you raise a question about what I do and don't do, so that you don't have to waste time posting.

Or just br>>

I don't have any more pins left. I'm using the last two to pin my work mittens to my sleeves.

I thought they were all being used in the Bass Voodoo Doll...

Nope.

I just needed one in the lung.

Jesus, Jim... You're like school on Saturday - no class.

Look ................ just because the rotten son of a bitch is gonna die, doesn't mean that he's done anything to deserve any more respect than he's reliquished by all the rotten things he's done to people his whole life ....... and what he continues to do to this Newsgroup.

He's a rotten to the core bastard and he's on his way to his just rewards. I have no more compassion for someone who has never had any reagard for anyone but himself such as he has. He's an arrogant, nasty, self centered piece of s*it who has no consideration for anyone else.

In return I treat him in a manner someone of his ilk deserves.

My best wishes are that he get it over with as quickly as possible. His detailed descriptions of his tear jerking plight is pretty damn pitiful.

You tell me ............. if you were in the same condition as him ...... who here would you be telling all the details about it?

Do you get the picture of what kind of pathetic asshole you're dealing with? He's acutally using his illness to continue doing what he does to this Newsgroup. He's a demented pathetic, compulsive con man.

But anyway, you know the drill. If you don't like it, .... you're free to leave .....etc etc etc.yadada yadada yadada.

If you don't condem him for what he's done and continues to do to this Newsgroup then there's not a thing you can say to me about what I do to it.

When he stops ....... I stop. Although I do have the advantage of having time on my side.

Well ...... longer that him ...... anyway!

I come from a family of long livers.

And other body parts too.

I'm sure Mike thought so too
