Actually, DIY'er guy I am helping, is doing pretty well - I made him do all the wire runs. I should have him up and going in a few weeks (big remodel). I've got 3 of these going on...easy money :-)
Tell you what. When I have a DIYer in your area who wants monitoring, how about I refer him to you? You can arrange to inspect the work before accepting the account. I don't want anything in return. Just do a good job for them. Fair enough?
