Trying to hook up a PC5590CL. It acts like it is going to boot up, but the stops saying not loaded. Can anybody help?

Wnat panel is it? That keypad is crappy, overpriced and has a terrible interface
DSC 1832 V4.2 I tried to tell the homeowner this wasnt a good keypad, but they wouldnt listen.

Thats either a wiring issue or a bad keypad, there isn't any programming to do for it
