was messing with this alarm and now all I get is constant trouble light on and only response from keypad is when I hit the away button the program will flash on the LCD...I have tried to reset to default but still acts the same....any suggestions or did I ruin it....keypad is a LCD 5501Z fixed...thanks for any suggestions!!!
Check the connections between the control and the keypad.

I sent you (email) the manual in case you didn't have it. It explains how to sent up a zone. If you have specific questions you can post more.
There are extra zones available off of keypads, and wireless receivers and zone expanders. It just depends on what you have. You may have to do a
