How do I (see above). It is not in the manuals. The Sub has several alarm events and they are stacking up, so without talking to us, he doesn't know which zone tripped.

Try D-0. Its supposed to display all alarms from the last cycle. Maybe it also clears it.
The # key is the fire reset. The # key is also a trouble reset. You hold it for ten seconds to clear it. Maybe it clears other alarms?
