NX8 Can I clear a service light remotely? I have a fail to communicate. I have a red line on my coumpter.

if you remotely arm and then disarm it will clear.

on second thought you may have to send a successful signal to clear a FTC sorry, spoke to soon

Is the control setup to report auto-test? Aren't you more concerned with for the reason why it FTC, than getting rid of the service light? If you fixed that problem the rest will correct itself.

Most of them were fail to communicate. the auto call dose not clear the service light..
