Need help! I need to cost out an upgrade/expansion of our current Meridian 1 Option 11. Our current provider has no clue in the sales department and I am new to the PBX world.
I have a Meridian 1 Option 11 with 3 cabinets.
I need to add on a new cabinet and analog (4) and digital cards (4)
I need a new voicemail card (old one is only 10 hours)
I am told I need new software ( currently 24.xx)
I want to IP enable it for IP phones.
PLEASE help!
Can someone recommend a good supplier that can provide design services?
