Looking to see if anyone can perform an upgrade on an Option 11 25.40 to Succession (5?).
I can be your hands, just need someone who is more familiar with the process than I am. The system is registered and everything, it's just that our local dealer doesn't fill me with confidence and I figure someone out there could do it better and for a decent price.
This comes after they charged me $300 to determine that Call Pilot could not be programmed to dial by first name! Yikes - need a good Nortel guy.
I am an old Lucent/Siemens tech and have been working with this switch for about 10 years so can do any tech work & you can do the rest remotely.
