We are going to delete mailbox for an extension. Beside deleting the mailbox from CallPilot, I also want to clear FDN and HUNT for the M3904 phone. Please advise how. Thanks.

Well, since Bob was just sooooo much help....
Go to LD 20, and look at the extension. In there is FDN and HUNT. You should be able to figure out how to change it form there.

For internal calls LD 11 and at the prompt HUNT x FDN x and CLS HTD FND
For external calls (if enabled) CLS CFTD HBTD

You made my point exactly. You did not likely provide enough information, either. He mentioned FDN and HUNT, so you didn't provide any new information. You'll likely need to walk him through step by step, starting at "LOGI".....
