Any and all info and links are appreciated. I need it to speed up a bit and improve pathfinding. Its my understanding that there is a software upgrade that improves the newer ones. I have 500 model. But I'm thinking I couldpull it off with directions. Thanks! :)

The new models improve over the RL500 model by at least 40%. There's no way to hack it because the software changes require a new processor. You can update it to RL550 by replacing your main board. Other than that that's all the options I know of.
