Can somebody explain me how to setup urgent flag (PIX or router). I have PIX OS 6.3.5 not 7, I know that on version 7 there is command which allowing somethnig like that. Thank you!

Are you sure you mean the U (Urgent) flag of TCP ?? Packets marked Urgent may be delivered out of order if I recall correctly, and it would be very odd to want to set Urgent on entire TCP flows.
Perhaps instead what you want is to work with Quality of Service (QoS) or DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point) in order to give higher priority to some kinds of traffic?

Anyhow, this functionality is not available in PIX 6.
