upgrading Cisco 2514 from console

Hi, I recently got an old 25xx series, 2514 router. It has an old IOS on it and i needed to upgrade it to the latest version before this series for discontinued. The problem is i can't use TFTP and only have a serial console connection available at the moment. I have the Flash on the laptop i am using. Can any one shed some light on how to use the console to ugrade the IOS?

You can't. The 2500 series cannot do anything but TFTP. There is no XModem support in the ROM for a console upload.
