ping translates but unsuccessful

Hello,

I am trying to get dns to work on my cisco 2500. Whenever i try to ping something i am getting the following. It is translating correctly, but the ping is unsuccessful. Any Suggestions ?

1) Try a traceroute to see if you can determine where it's getting blocked. 2) debug 'ip icmp'

Is the source IP address its going out with routable?

Some providers don't advertise the point-to-point IP address space between their routers.
