have you guys know some free network simulators for cisco? The main point for me to exercise is BGP.

Try google for dynamips and dynagen. This is so far the most ultimate simulator I've seen. Just install it, get an IOS image from CCO and you are running. You can emulate 2691, 36xx, 37xx and 7200.
