FLASH file is corrupted ,, is there a way to load a new file via rommon 1 > open original image

hi



i loaded an bad file to the flash of 3640 and now the system is stuck as the previous good files was erased and replaced with this corrupted file, is there a way to load a new file via the rommon pls advice

download a good image from CCO

verfiy the downloaded image checksum

use rommon command tftpdnld

when i try xmodem it says following:

a038) getdirent: trouble reading simple flash file header
