corrupt ios

Hello all Unfortunately I haved messed up and am looking for help. In an effort to configure pptp vpn(previous post "VPDN Cisco 827" 6th Apr 2005)for a client of mine I have corrupted the IOS of the Cisco 827. I backed up "startup-conf & running-conf" but in my negligence I omitted to copy the bin file before I started. I now get "loadprog: bad file magic number: 0x0 boot: cannot load "flash:" rommon 1 >

I have tried to use "confreg 0x2102" then "reset" to no avail. I have installed "Cisco Fast Step" and via console cable it finds the router but indicates incorrect username, password and router name. My known credentials dont work. When I do a dir of flash I get, rommon 2 > dir flash: File size Checksum File name 4895 bytes (0x131f) 0x71f7 webflash (deleted) 47026 bytes (0xb7b2) 0x1b3f webflash (deleted) 3463 bytes (0xd87) 0x0d3d webflash (deleted) 8082 bytes (0x1f92) 0x97c6 webflash (deleted) 826887 bytes (0xc9e07) 0xb38e webflash (deleted) 343149 bytes (0x53c6d) 0xd9ad webflash (deleted) 61492 bytes (0xf034) 0x90f6 webflash (deleted) 474217 bytes (0x73c69) 0x1533 webflash (deleted) 792 bytes (0x318) 0x3a29 webflash

Should I "dir" something else?

This device was purchased by my client, I have the documentation, reciepts, cd's but cannot find an image to load. I have registered with Cisco(guest) but this does not give me access to Software Download. Can someone who has been down this path suggest how I can recover the IOS or how I go about purchasing one from Cisco. I live in Australia.
