Configuring ASA 8.0.3 ssl vpn for Exchange

I have a vpn set up for anyconnect webvpn access. I need to set it up such that users can use the Outlook client on their desktops to access an Exchange server for email. Is this possible? How do you accomplish this? Port forwarding?
